3 chicken breasts
salt & pepper to taste
Remove any bones and skin one breast.
Mince the skinned breast and add the other ingredients to make a stuffing.
Flatten the other 2 breasts and place stuffing on each.
Roll up each breast and cover with foil.
Boil each 'sausage ' of chicken in a pan of boiling water for 20 mins.
Remove from pan and cool slightly.
(At this stage chicken can be frozen for later if required)
Open up foil and sprinkle top of breast with sugar.
Flash grill or flame top to caramelise sugar.
Serve hot or cold.
